Our standard lead time is 3 – 6 months for models from point of receiving the deposit payment on your piano.

We do hold stock and can achieve faster lead times when required, sometimes a rush fee is required depending on circumstances.

For any piano built with Bespoke Studio our lead time is 6 – 12 months, depending on complexity. For Goldfinch Art, lead times are worked out individually.

We offer a global delivery service, and all inclusive pricing for the UK and USA, download the price list for more information.

For all Models – including extra customisation – a 50% deposit is required before we start building your piano, with the final 50% paid when your piano is finished and ready for delivery.

For a Bespoke Studio project or Goldfinch Art, we first require a 10% Design Fee following an initial consultation. Following this and once design confirmed, a further 40% is required to begin production with the final 50% balance due once your pianos is finished and ready for delivery.
